Arts for Life – the story continues. Yesterday was our first acting class. A woman had called me, recently widowed, who had done a lot of acting in the past. She wanted to attend the class but was afraid it might be too basic for her. I suggested she come to one class to try it out, which she did. Strangely, never having met her before greeting her in the class, I ran into her in the afternoon. “How was the class?” I asked. “Wonderful!” she said. “Michael (Bias) was terrific. During the class I was thinking, ‘I’m back’!” As we say, Arts for Life is the place to rekindle an old passion. It’s not too late to join us. Classes go to November 26. Tell your friends – or come yourself!

And I can attest that the Wednesday drum group is a gas!
